Is there an age limit?
Unfortunately yes you must be 14 years old or above to ride and eBike.
What is your policy for damaged products?
We will check the eBikes together when we deliver them to you - This will be rechecked on return of the eBikes. There will be no charge for the normal wear and tear we would expect - however for anything beyond this there will be a replacement and labour charge. This will be charged to your credit card details you have provided us with. It is just a case of looking after our bikes as if they were your own...

Can you ride eBikes in the rain?
Yes you can,
It’s sensible to avoid deep puddles, flooded roads and streams – anything that would completely submerge the electric components of your bike.
What do I get with an e-bike from you?

We'd would be happy to help you choose a route. We can suggest everything from easy rides to more technical options, including the scenic Old Coach route with its views across the area.
Can you service my analog bike as well as my e-bike?

Yes, we can. Our workshop handles both analogue bikes and e-bikes, and we provide expert servicing and repairs using environmentally friendly cleaning systems.
